This policy explains what information Meto collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, apps, and services.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information Meto Health, Inc. collects through our consumer website and apps.

Protected health information handled by clinicians is also governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls where the two overlap.

Account details such as your name, contact information, and login credentials.

Health intake and history you choose to provide, plus lab orders and results.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, route your file to a clinician, fulfil labs and prescriptions, and process payments.

To communicate with you, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

How we share information

With the licensed clinicians who review your care, and with pharmacy and laboratory partners to fulfil orders.

With service providers — for example payment, hosting, and analytics — under contract, and when required by law or to protect safety.

In a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

Health information & HIPAA

Information you share with clinicians through Meto may be protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

Our handling of PHI is described in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at /hipaa.
